Originally determined eligible as bridge 23C0076 in the Caltrans 1985 Historic Concrete Arch Bridges in California Thematic Resources study; its continued eligibility was confirmed in the 2004 Caltrans Historic Bridge Inventory update: Concrete Arch Bridges. In 2005, when a new bridge was built adjacent, Suisun Creek Bridge 23C0076 became 23C0076L.
Suisun Creek Bridge (23C0076L, formerly 23C0076) near Rockville is a one-lane, reinforced-concrete, earth-filled, elliptical-arch bridge with a single-arch span. The bridge features reinforced-concrete railings with a rounded-rectangular window design, and domed cylinder-shaped end posts. The concrete has a scored texture finish, and the spandrel area has decorative inset panels. It was converted for one-way traffic use in 2005.
